We are seeking a skilled and innovative Digital Marketing Expert to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Digital Marketing Expert, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing campaigns and strategies. Your goal will be to drive online engagement, increase brand awareness, and generate leads through various digital channels.

**Responsibilities**:
**Digital Strategy Development**: Collaborate with the marketing team to create comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, target audience, and market trends.

**Content Creation**:Develop compelling and relevant content for various digital channels, including social media posts, blog articles, infographics, videos, and more, maintaining a consistent brand voice.

**SEO and SEM**:Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic rankings and manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to enhance online visibility and drive quality traffic.

**Social Media Management**: Manage and grow the company's social media presence on platforms like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others, engaging with followers and responding to inquiries.

**Analytics and Reporting**: Monitor, analyze, and interpret digital marketing data and metrics, providing insights and recommendations to enhance campaign performance and ROI.

**Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)**: Identify opportunities to improve website user experience, analyze user behavior, and implement strategies to increase conversion rates.

**Collaboration**:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and development, to ensure alignment of digital strategies and consistent brand messaging.

**Market Research**:Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to suggest new ideas and innovative strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- Must have 1-2 years of experience.
- Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
- Strong understanding of current digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate new ideas and solutions.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven decision-making.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
- Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) are a plus.

**Salary**: ₹8,942.25 - ₹30,000.00 per month
