**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Lead Generation**: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns to generate leads for our software development services.

3**. **LinkedIn Marketing Automation**: Implement strategies for LinkedIn marketing to identify and connect with decision-makers and key prospects in our target industries.

4. **Paid Advertisements**: Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant business platforms.

5. **Content Creation**: Collaborate with the content team to create compelling and engaging content for marketing campaigns.

6**. **Lead Nurturing**: Continuously engage with leads and prospects through relevant content and messaging, building relationships and trust.

7**. **Analytics and Reporting**: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights to improve lead generation efforts.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on lead generation.
- Proven history of successful lead generation through digital marketing efforts.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent understanding of LinkedIn marketing strategies.
- Knowledge of content marketing and its role in lead generation.
- Data-driven with the ability to analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus.
