**Job Description**:
As a seasoned Graphics and Motion Designer at The Marketing Expert, you will take on a pivotal role in advancing our brand's visual narrative. This position is an exciting opportunity for an experienced designer with 3-5 years of expertise to lead and innovate within our creative team.

Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Design:

- Conceptualize and deliver visually striking graphics for a diverse range of digital and print materials, including marketing collateral, social media assets, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Lead design initiatives, guiding and mentoring junior designers to ensure the highest quality standards.

Motion Design:

- Craft compelling and dynamic motion graphics and animations for video content, product demonstrations, and promotional campaigns.
- Spearhead the implementation of advanced motion design techniques, staying on the cutting edge of industry trends

Brand Consistency:

- Oversee the maintenance of visual consistency across all platforms and mediums, enforcing strict adherence to brand guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to evolve and strengthen the brand through innovative design strategies.

Software Proficiency:

- Demonstrate an expert-level proficiency in industry-standard graphic design and motion graphics software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
- Provide mentorship and support to junior designers, fostering their growth in mastering design tools and techniques.

Project Management:

- Lead and manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality assets.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders, understanding project requirements and providing creative solutions.

Creative Ideation:

- Drive and facilitate creative ideation sessions, contributing visionary ideas and concepts to elevate design strategies.
- Stay at the forefront of design trends, bringing innovative concepts to the team to maintain a cutting-edge visual presence.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Motion Design, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in graphic and motion design.
- A robust portfolio showcasing an extensive range of design projects, with a focus on both static and motion graphics.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines.
- In-depth knowledge of current design trends and a passion for staying updated on industry developments.

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
