ExxonMobil’s affiliates in India supporting the Product Solutions business engage in the marketing, sales and distribution of performance as well as specialty products across chemicals and lubricants businesses. The India planning teams are also embedded with global business units for business planning and analytics.

ExxonMobil’s LNG affiliate in India supporting the upstream business provides consultant services for other ExxonMobil upstream affiliates and conducts LNG market-development activities.

**What role you will play in our team**:

- Establish, sustain and enhance trustful technical relationships with OEMs Sustain and enhance technology leadership position supporting flagship product sales growth

**What you will do**:

- Provide technical guidance to Strategic Accounts Managers and Marketing Provide input to the Technology Development Pipeline (P3)
- Lead OEMA/ADCO projects as per enhanced Technology Delivery Model
- Support Sales, Marketing and Product Development initiatives tied with OEMs
- Document OEM product performance claims and formal approvals

**About you**:
**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor of Engineering / Master of Engineering with minimum 6 CGPA.
- 3-5 years relevant experience in managing and stewarding relationships with Automotive OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturer).

**Preferred Qualifications/Experience**:

- Respond to OEM technical requests on products/claims.
- Participate in select industry specification setting committees consistent with F&L business and marketing strategies.
- Proactively track OEM, competitor and industry technology trends and communicate to management and field contacts to influence and support product development pipeline and business strategies.
