**The Role**:
**Where you fit**

You’ll be part of the Learning Solutions team for Technology and IT; whose purpose is to be the provider of learning content creation and curation for Shell’s Technology and Information and Digital Technology organisations and corresponding Technical Functions and skill pools, as well as the driver for Digital skill building across the enterprise.

**What’s the role?**

As a learning advisor you will be part of the Technology & IDT Learning Solutions team in Shell’s HR Learning function, where you will be responsible for partnering with the businesses and your learning colleagues to create a thriving learning culture and deliver fantastic learning experiences that build the skills Shell needs to successfully Power Progress.

**Further roles and responsibilities**:

- Your primary Interface will be as part of the cross-functional team(s) supporting the Business-facing OD & Learning Manager and business leaders to understand new business needs, to diagnose skills gaps and learning, needs and then lead the development or curation of appropriate learning solutions
- A special challenge will be to work with colleagues to ensure consistency and replication for your capability area across the relevant parts of Shell, leveraging the best of what the market has to offer as well as our internal portfolio of learning resources so that together we run Learning as business in an efficient and effective manner

**What we need from you**
- Experience in Instructional design theories, practice, and methods; ability to storyboard and communicate vision to customers; project management; ability to create and curate digital material/media; optimal use of learning technologies; strong data analysis skills and evidence led approach to continuous improvement of learning provision
- A strong affinity or interest with IT and Digital (data analytics, data science, digital transformation, software engineering), and any experience you have as a technical professional where your network and knowledge can add value is a pre
- Based in Bangalore and willingness to work onsite in line with relevant current office policies
