Primary contact for sales teams within local market for all things related to JLLT.
Educate JLL’s sales teams on how to create a digitally immersive buying experience for our clients/prospects.
Directly articulate a tech enabled sales story to external clients/prospects.
Act as tech sales advisor in client meetings and sales presentations by asking diagnostic questions and identifying tech solutions.
Drive awareness and adoption of technology across JLL’s core business lines.
Generate demand and pipeline for key tech products.
Partner with the product teams to ensure value propositions of technologies are communicated consistently.
Demonstrate multiple technology solutions spanning the entire real estate life cycle from lease administration, transaction management, project management, utilization technologies, employee and building experience platforms.
Assist in the development of RFP responses and pursuit content recommendations.
Partner closely with Sales Enablement teams on client presentations by preparing key deliverables with data, stories and research.
Maintain knowledge of the competitive landscape across technology and competitors.
