We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Financial and Investment Advisor to join our team. As a Financial Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in helping our clients navigate their financial journey, providing them with personalized guidance and strategies to achieve their financial goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide expert advice on investment options, asset allocation and portfolio diversification tailored to individual client profiles.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial goals, risk tolerance and investment preferences.
- Conduct comprehensive financial assessments to evaluate clients' current financial status and future objectives.
- Develop customized financial plans that encompass investment strategies.
- Regularly review and analyze clients' financial portfolios to ensure alignment with their goals and make necessary adjustments based on market trends and economic conditions.
- Stay informed about market developments, financial news and regulatory changes that could impact clients' investments etc.

Qualifications:

- Proven 5+ years experience as a Financial Advisor or similar role in the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of financial planning principles, investment products and wealth management strategies.
- Excellent communication skills to explain complex financial concepts clearly to clients.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess financial data, market trends and risk factors.
- Client-focused attitude with the ability to build rapport and instill confidence.
- Regulatory knowledge and understanding of compliance standards in the financial advisory industry

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
