**About toothsi**: Toothsi is a new age start-up in the dental space providing smile correction services at home. toothsi utilises revolutionary Clear Aligner technology to make teeth straightening hassle-free and affordable. A desirous patient can have access to a superior quality, transparent and convenient alternative to conventional braces treatment at home. We are a well-funded (>6 million USD) and rapidly growing startup operating in Mumbai, Pune, Banglore, Delhi and Hyderabad and soon to establish a PAN India presence.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle calls on leads generated for clear aligner (Smile correction/ Smile straightening) services on our digital platforms.
- Describe the services and USP of the same and try to generate maximum conversions.
- Regular follow ups with potential clients/ patients.
- Overall problem solving for customers and coordination as necessary. Handle any operations related activities that may be required.
- Tabulate and record responses from all channels on excels.
- Generate relevant reports from the same.
- Schedule appointments for patients and coordinate with the required doctor who shall visit the patient.
- Analyse quality of calls and strive for improvement.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
