Job Role: Customer Support Associate

Primary Skill: Customer Support

Experience: 0-1 Year

What you'll be doing:

- Customer problem solving, assistance, and follow up
- Handle flight reservations (New and existing bookings
- date change, refunds, name corrections)
- Provide prompt and concise Customer services, travel booking, and support
- Handle reservations, assist, book, amend and/or cancel Air, Hotel, Car, and Activity
- Experience with travel loyalty programs would be advantageous.

Mandatory Skills:

- Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to lead a team.
- Computer skills.
- Knowledge of mediation and conflict resolution techniques is preferable.

What we are looking for:

- Must be fluent in clear easy to understand spoken English
- Must have excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills with a self-learning attitude
- Team player, self-motivated and creative thinking
- Previous Travel Product and Membership Customer Support preferred

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
