You will play a pivotal role in optimizing our online business operations and delivering exceptional customer service.

As an e-commerce executive, you will be responsible for sales operations, logistics, material handling & management, advertisement, marketing on ecommerce platforms & providing customer.

**Job Title : Ecommerce - Operations Executive**

**Timings : 10 am to 7pm | Mon - Sat (6 days working).**

**Work Location : Kandivali (East) - Thakur Village.**

**Salary : As per company Standards.**

**Objectives of this role**:

- Develop and implement effective e-commerce growth strategies to identify and capture new customer base and business opportunities.
- Optimize end-to-end e-commerce journey for our customers, from lead generation to conversion and post-purchase follow-up.
- Team co - ordination and updates on daily basis.
- Manage and maintain e-commerce platforms, including product listings, pricing and inventory management, In house stock management.
- Enhance customer experience by working closely with other departments, such as marketing, content and customer service.

**Your Tasks**:

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential prospects, conduct outreach, and build customer relationships to drive sales.
- Manage In - house Stock management and updation.
- Generate the daily order invoices, Pack and Ship the orders, update the record files on daily basis.
- Manage the online platform orders, track delivery, returns & payments accordingly.
- Generate various ecommerce reports, monthly Tax reports and match data with stock, orders and returns, payments, reviews and online listings.
- Analyze data and generate reports to track e-commerce performance, identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Demonstrate our products with sales data to prospective clients, negotiate contracts and close sales deals as defined targets, coordination with the marketplace team, and follow ups on the pending complaints or queries.
- Achieve the monthly sales targets, manage & monitor advertisements, search trends and promotions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, marketing and customer service, to execute online campaigns and promotions to attract leads.
- Monitor customer feedback, reviews and ratings to identify areas of improvement and implement strategies for enhancing customer satisfaction and retention.
- Attend conferences, events, and trade shows to showcase our product and the retail sales team.

**Preferred skills and qualifications**:

- A bachelor’s degree from any stream, Good in excel and communication.
- Additional diploma in e-commerce, digital marketing, business administration, or a related field will be preferred.
- Familiarity with online marketing tools, Semrush, Afrefs, Helium 10, Amazon / Flipkart Ads management will be preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively and take charge as a leader when required.
- Willingness to travel locally as per company requirements.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
