**Job Title: Ecommerce Operations Executive**

**Location**: Goregaon West, Mumbai

**Working Hours**: Monday - Saturday, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM

**Salary Range**: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**:

- Organize and maintain accurate records of all inventory.
- Update inventory data in the system regularly to reflect real-time stock levels.
- **Order Processing**:

- Verify incoming orders for accuracy and completeness.
- Generate shipping labels with correct details for each order.
- **Order Packing**:

- Pack orders securely and efficiently according to shipping labels.
- Ensure timely dispatch of all packed orders for shipping.
- **Shipment Tracking**:

- Monitor the status of all in-transit shipments.
- Take proactive measures to address any delays or issues to ensure on-time delivery.
- **RTO Monitoring**:

- Keep track of Return to Origin (RTO) cases and take necessary actions to prevent and resolve them promptly.
- **Logistics Coordination**:

- Collaborate with various logistics partners to resolve any shipping or delivery issues promptly.
- Maintain effective communication channels with logistics partners to ensure smooth operations.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Prior experience in a similar role within the e-commerce industry is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in using inventory management systems and e-commerce platforms.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is desirable but not mandatory.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
