**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage **product cataloguing** across ecommerce platforms, including uploads, edits, and shipment creation.
- Conduct **keyword research** to optimize product listings for better visibility and ranking.
- Handle **marketplace operations** such as order processing, cancellations, returns, and related issue resolution.
- Maintain and update product and order data using **Excel functions** like VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.
- Monitor marketplace performance, identify gaps, and suggest improvements.
- Ensure accurate product information, images, and descriptions to enhance customer experience.
- Coordinate with internal teams and marketplace support for smooth operations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in managing ecommerce marketplaces, especially **Amazon Seller Central**.
- Knowledge of **keyword research** and SEO for product listings.
- Proficiency in **Excel** (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Data Analysis).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in **English**.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and resolve issues efficiently.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical mindset.

**Good to Have**
- Experience with other ecommerce platforms (Myntra, Nykaa etc.).
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and ecommerce analytics.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
