1.Establish cordial relationships with the existing clients and finding new clients.
2. To develop new premium customers.
4. Search for upcoming projects & find out detailed information about the project.
5. Good communication and analytical skills.
6. Achieving monthly and annual marketing targets.
7. Should be willing to travel different cities across India.
8. Generate enquiries, follow ups on offers and convert them into the orders.
10. Maintaining regular touch with customers.
11. Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities and understanding consumer preferences.
12. Planning and executing marketing campaigns aimed at lead generation and brand building.
13. Creating and implementing strategies to promote the company’s products or services. 14. Working with the sales team to develop pricing strategies to maximize profits and market share.
15. Monitoring and analysing the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and campaigns.
16. Preparing and presenting reports on marketing activities to senior management.
17. Managing the production of promotional materials and marketing collateral.
18. Organizing and attending events such as conferences, seminars, receptions, and exhibitions.
19. Collaborating with external agencies and vendors as needed.
20. Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and marketing tools.
