**Hiring: Sales & Marketing Executive**

**Qualification: BE Mechanical**

**Experience: 0-5 Years**

**Key Responsibilities**:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new potential customers.

Develop a premium customer base and expand market reach.

Research and track upcoming projects, gathering relevant details for business opportunities.

Possess strong communication and analytical skills to enhance business strategies.

Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales and marketing targets.

Travel across India as required to engage with clients and explore new markets.

Generate inquiries, follow up on proposals, and convert leads into successful orders.

Maintain consistent communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Conduct market research to identify trends, business prospects, and customer preferences.

Plan and execute result-driven marketing campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness.

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company's products and services.

Work closely with the sales team to devise pricing strategies for market competitiveness.

Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, making data-driven improvements.

Prepare and present reports on marketing activities and outcomes to senior management.

Oversee the creation of marketing materials and promotional content.

Organize and participate in industry events, conferences, exhibitions, and networking sessions.

Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and partners for marketing initiatives.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving marketing tools.
