**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Packing Operations**:

- Supervise and coordinate the packing activities of the team to ensure efficient and timely packing of products.
- Ensure that all products are packed according to customer specifications and company standards.
- Monitor and control the quality of packing materials and finished goods.
- **Team Management**:

- Lead, motivate, and train a team of packing staff to achieve production targets and quality standards.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
- Ensure that all team members follow company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
- **Material Management**:

- Manage packing materials, such as boxes, crates, and packaging supplies.
- Ensure that all packing materials are stored and handled properly to prevent damage and waste.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure adequate stock levels.
- **Quality Control**:

- Conduct regular quality checks on packed products to ensure that they meet customer specifications and company standards.
- Identify and address any quality issues or defects in the packing process.
- Collaborate with the quality control team to implement corrective actions.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Ensure that all packing activities are conducted in a safe and healthy manner, in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and training sessions for team members.
- **Reporting and Administration**:

- Maintain accurate records of packing activities, including production reports, inventory levels, and quality control data.
- Prepare and submit reports to management as required.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
