Departmental In Charge ( Lasting )
- **EXP: 5 TO 10 YEARS**

1. Take active part in Fit Trial, technical comments and BOM finalization
2. Set the target in advance on a daily and weekly basis by discussing with the IED/Production
Planning
3. Department meeting everyday with Supervisor/operators to discuss and give weekly/daily
targets, technical, material and personal issues
4. Check the materials/components against planning one day in advance and to report to PD/
Manger (Q.C) / Manager ( Production ) in case of problems
5. Make sure the uppers/finished goods being issued to/from lasting as per the Production Tkt
6. To get the Sealed Sample/Approved components issued from the QC one day prior to
preparation, discuss with supervisors and making the same available at all reqd work
stations
7. To monitor the Line in Charges ( Lasting ) and Operator ( lasting ) on an hourly basis
8. To submit the Production Reports being generated by the Supervisor to the IT Team twice a
day for ERP updation and check the same and report to Production Manager at the end of
the shift
9. To minimize the rejection/repair rate and to send the rejected components to Red Tag Room
with Proper Labelling for further analysis

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
