As a Warehouse Incharge, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods within the warehouse. Your primary goal will be to ensure that all warehouse operations run smoothly, safely, and in compliance with company standards and procedures.

**Responsibilities**:
Inventory Management:
Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation.

Conduct regular inventory audits to reconcile physical stock with system records.

Implement inventory control measures to minimize stock discrepancies and losses.

Warehouse Operations:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, including receiving, storing, picking, and packing of goods.

Optimize warehouse layout and storage methods to maximize space utilization and efficiency.

Monitor and enforce safety procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.

Logistics Coordination:
Coordinate with logistics providers to ensure timely receipt and dispatch of goods.

Plan and schedule deliveries, pickups, and shipments to meet customer requirements.

Resolve any issues or delays in transportation and logistics.

Quality Assurance:
Implement quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and condition of incoming and outgoing shipments.

Conduct regular inspections of goods to identify any damage, defects, or discrepancies.

Take corrective actions to address quality issues and maintain high standards.

Team Management:
Recruit, train, and supervise warehouse staff, including providing performance feedback and conducting evaluations.

Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, productivity, and safety awareness.

Qualifications:
1.Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role.

2.Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.

3.Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

4.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.

5.Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and inventory control.

6.Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy objects.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹11,000.00 per month
