**Job Description: Logistics Executive (Incharge)***

**Salary**: Upto 20,000 as per experience**

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. **Logistics & Supply Chain Management**:

- Oversee and manage logistics operations including procurement, transportation, and delivery.
- Ensure timely and efficient movement of goods from warehouse to customer locations.
- Coordinate with vendors, transporters, and suppliers to ensure smooth logistics operations.

**2. **Warehouse Management**:

- Supervise warehouse activities, including stock management, inventory control, and order fulfillment.
- Implement and monitor effective stock rotation, storage procedures, and order picking strategies.
- Ensure optimal space utilization and safety within the warehouse.

**3. **Documentation & Compliance**:

- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments, inventories, and deliveries.
- Handle logistics-related documentation such as shipping manifests, bills of lading, delivery receipts, and other relevant records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and legal requirements.

**4. **Team Management & Coordination**:

- Lead and coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure productivity targets and service levels are met.
- Provide guidance and training to the team on logistics and warehouse management best practices.

**5. **Problem-Solving & Continuous Improvement**:

- Identify and resolve issues related to logistics, inventory discrepancies, and supply chain bottlenecks.
- Suggest and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency and reduce costs.

**6. **Reporting & Analysis**:

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to logistics operations, inventory levels, and shipments.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track performance and implement corrective actions if necessary.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 1 year in logistics executive or warehouse management roles.**
**- **Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes.
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and logistics software.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of transportation and distribution processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
**- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
