Job Description:
Are you a skilled warehouse professional with a passion for ensuring optimal stock levels? We're seeking a Warehouse Incharge to oversee store packing operations and maintain accurate stock inventory for major e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Myntra, and Flipkart.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and stock maintenance.
- Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to optimize efficiency and accuracy in stock management.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment orders to prevent stockouts and minimize excess inventory.
- Collaborate with purchasing and procurement teams to forecast stock requirements and plan accordingly.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of stock replenishments.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track stock movement, monitor expiry dates, and manage FIFO/LIFO principles.
- Lead a team of warehouse staff to achieve productivity targets and maintain high standards of quality.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in warehouse management, with a focus on stock maintenance and inventory control.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve stock-related issues.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including purchasing, logistics, and customer service.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and coach warehouse staff.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in stock record-keeping and documentation.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a warehouse environment.
