**Job Title: Customer Care Executive (Night Shift)**

**Department: Customer Service**

**Job Summary**:
We're seeking a male Customer Care Executive with excellent foreign language skills to provide top-notch customer service, resolve customer queries, and ensure customer satisfaction during night shift hours.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls during night shift hours
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide product/service information and recommendations
- Document customer interactions and feedback

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience in a BPO/Call Center environment (first preference)**
- **Excellent language skills** (verbal and written) in **British and American Accent, etc**]
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced night shift environment
- Familiarity with customer service software and tools

**Essential Skills**:

- **Fluency in Foreign Language (British and American Accent is Must)**
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer interactions
- Empathy and patience in dealing with customers

**Shift Details**:

- Night shift hours: [9:00 PM to 6:00 AM]**
