We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Listen attentively to customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and offer appropriate solutions or alternatives.
- Document customer interactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, and resolutions, in the customer support system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved and their satisfaction is maintained.
- Continuously strive to improve customer support processes and contribute to the development of customer support resources, such as FAQs and knowledge base articles.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer support or similar customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
- Empathetic and patient approach when dealing with customer inquiries and complaints.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

- Surat, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
