**Job Description: Executive Assistant**
**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Calendar Management**:
Coordinate and manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively resolve them to ensure optimal use of executive's time.
**Meeting Coordination**:
Arrange and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including booking venues, sending invitations, and preparing necessary materials.
Ensure that meeting agendas are distributed in advance and meeting minutes are accurately recorded and distributed afterward.
**Communication Management**:
Draft and proofread correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the executive.
**Travel Arrangements**:
Prepare detailed itineraries and travel expense reports for executive trips.
**Information Management**:
Maintain and organize electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring that documents and records are easily accessible and up to date.
Manage confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
**Task Coordination**:
Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, relaying messages and requests promptly and accurately.
Coordinate and follow up on tasks assigned to other departments or individuals, ensuring timely completion.
**Administrative Support**:
Provide general administrative support, including copying, scanning, faxing, and filing documents.
Handle special projects and perform research tasks as assigned by the executive.
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field preferred.
Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, preferably supporting C-level executives.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in all work.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
