**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist guests in a friendly, professional manner, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
- Oversee daily hospitality operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservation management.
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal departments to deliver seamless services to guests.
- Maintain records of bookings, payments, and guest feedback for operational improvement.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Assist in organizing events, meetings, or other special requests from guests.
- Provide detailed information about the establishment’s services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Handle billing, invoices, and ensure proper cash/credit handling processes.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for improving guest experiences and overall service quality.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management.
- Proven experience in a hospitality or customer service role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using hospitality management software and tools.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations professionally.
- A friendly, approachable demeanor with a customer-focused attitude.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:
