**HOSPITALITY TRAINER**

**PURPOSE/DESCRIPTION OF ROLE**

The Hospitality Trainer is a travel loving individual with a go get attitude, excellent communication skills and an outgoing personality. The Hospitality Trainer will report to the Training & Development Manager. Your main role will be to conduct onsite training of our hotel Staff for their Personality development.

**Skills**

Must have a passion to execute the training of hospitality and ensuring the profitability of the facility and exceptional experiences
- Must use R&I - Be resourceful and take initiative to accomplishing tasks
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or relevant field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience including multiple restaurants and restaurant openings
- Knowledge of current food and beverage and hospitality industry trends
- Strong PowerPoint skills required.
- Excellent verbal/written communications skills.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills required.
- Demonstrate a track record of aligning learning strategies and programs to business strategy and able to realize measurable business impact
- Possess strong facilitator skills and have the ability to deliver concise messages.
- Coaching skills and strong personal influence and comfortable interacting with all levels of associates
- Ability to travel periodically to Up To Par Management Properties.

**Responsibilities**:
Develop, enhance and deliver company-wide training to communicate Up To Par and property brand standards, standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Drive Quality Assurance throughout Up To Par Management Properties
- Part of the UTP Transition team for when UTP acquires new property management agreements
- Create and administer development programs and create and administer training programs.
- Create Management Development Program and Self Directed Development Programs to ensure current Up To Par talent is prepared for upcoming and anticipated opportunities.
- Work closely with senior leadership to identify key talent and oversee strategic succession planning.
- Assist property leadership on identifying productivity, operational and financial opportunities in the food and beverage departments
- Administer corporate new hire orientation.
- Create and enhance training courses in property core business departments (Food and Beverage, Guest Service, Human Resource etc.)
- Identify and develop on property food and beverage trainers and partner with these trainers to strengthen their effectiveness
- Partner with Human Resources to identify talent and HR leadership to deploy development programs in support of succession planning activitiesEnsure training courses and development programs meet stated objectives through analyzing metrics and business impact.

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
