**Job Vacancy: Executive - Sales & Operations (Air Exports)**

**Location**:Nungambakkam,chennai.

**Salary package**: 25,000 PER MONTH

**Office timing** :10.00 am - 6.30 pm

**Key Responsibilities**
- Connect with potential customers through telecalling from the provided leads.
- Present the company’s profile, services, and capabilities in a professional manner.
- Identify prospective clients and schedule appointments for the sales manager to meet and onboard them.
- Maintain a database of leads, prospects, and follow-up activities.
- Support in basic documentation for existing clients to ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

**Desired Skills & Qualifications**
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong telephone etiquette and persuasive ability
- Basic knowledge of air export processes
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
