Experience : 1-4 years in sales Preferably B2C inside sales experience

Language: Good fluent with Tamil and English.

**Responsibilities**
- Support Branch Managers with day-to-day branch operation
- Report on sales results
- Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
- Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions
- Participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition
- Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer

satisfaction

**Requirements and skills**
- Proven work experience as a Sale Counselor/Inside sales/Inbound sales/Inhouse sale/ similar sales role
- Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs)
- Understanding of Branch operations
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Any degree with Sales experience, Business Administration or relevant field is preferred.
