**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Activities**:

- Identify and approach potential clients to promote our courses.
- Handle inbound inquiries and convert leads into enrollments.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- **Operations Management**:

- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth delivery of services.
- Coordinate with instructors and support teams to manage schedules and resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and course enrollments.
- Assist in streamlining processes to improve operational efficiency.
- **Client Support**:

- Provide exceptional support to clients, addressing their concerns promptly.
- Guide clients through the onboarding process and course offerings.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or operations. (Freshers with good communication skills in **English & Tamil** are welcome to apply.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
