**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote business banking and loan products
- Explain product features and benefits clearly and convincingly
- Generate leads and follow up on prospects regularly
- Facilitate the end-to-end loan process for clients
- Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in **English and Hindi** (spoken and written)
- Prior experience in telesales, telecalling, or outbound sales preferred
- Ability to work independently from home
- Strong communication and persuasive skills
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
- Located in or around **MG Road** (for potential in-person meetings or training if needed)
