**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Handling customer inquiries: The Customer Care Executive is responsible for answering customer inquiries related to product information, pricing, and any other queries related to clients wellbeing.
- Resolving customer complaints: The Customer Care Executive must investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring that customers are satisfied with the resolution provided.
- Maintaining customer records: They must maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions to ensure that all information is up-to-date and readily accessible.
- Identifying opportunities: The Customer Care Executive must identify opportunities to improve customer service and suggest appropriate solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Providing product or service information: The Customer Care Executive must be knowledgeable about the company's products or services and provide relevant information to customers.
- Handling customer feedback: They must respond to customer feedback, both positive and negative, to ensure that customers feel heard and valued.
- Coordinating with other departments: The Customer Care Executive must work closely with other departments, such as Sales, Marketing, and Operations, to ensure that customer needs are met.

**Experience**
- Client support roles for minimum 1 year
- Proficiency in English, Hindi and one Major Indian Language
- Ability to communicate fluently on phone
- Experience in calling and outreach
- Excel competency
- Worked in a payment process building and maintenance

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Night shift
- Rotational shift
