Job Title: Customer Support Executive (CSE)

Job Overview:

The Customer Support Executive is responsible for assisting registered users in completing their application files, providing end-to-end support, coordinating appointments, and ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review user file status daily through the Super Admin Panel.
  • Contact all assigned registered users and guide them in completing pending application sections.
  • Provide clear, courteous, and professional support via calls and WhatsApp.
  • Coordinate in-person appointments with the Ground Team and update details in the system.
  • Collect and enter user references accurately in ZoHo CRM or the designated database.
  • Submit daily reports covering references received, user conversions, completed files, follow-up actions, and escalations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹40,000.00 per month
