**Job Summary**
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM). The primary responsibility is to develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty while driving business growth.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- **Customer Engagement**:
- Understand customer needs and provide solutions that meet their objectives.
- Conduct regular check-ins and feedback sessions with clients.
- Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities based on client requirements.
- **Database and CRM Tools Management**:
- Maintain and update customer information in CRM software.
- Track client interactions and manage follow-ups efficiently.
- Analyze CRM data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, and support) to deliver seamless customer experiences.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure clear communication and mutual understanding.
- **Performance Metrics and Reporting**:
- Monitor and report on customer satisfaction and retention rates.
- Prepare regular reports on client interactions, sales opportunities, and challenges.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in customer relationship management or a similar role (1-3 years preferred).
- Familiarity with customer journey mapping and retention strategies.
