**Job Summary**:
As a Sales and Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service to clients. Your primary role will include assisting customers with their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience while also identifying opportunities to upsell and promote additional products or services. You will collaborate with various teams to meet sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Resolve customer complaints, concerns, and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Provide product/service information and support customers in making informed decisions.
- **Sales**:

- Promote and sell company products and services to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Cross-sell and upsell products/services based on customer profiles and behaviors.
- Follow up with potential leads and build long-term customer relationships.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
- Prepare reports on sales metrics, customer feedback, and service issues.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth processes and communication.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and development programs to enhance your skills.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in customer service or sales (experience in both preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle difficult situations and resolve conflicts with patience and professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A positive, can-do attitude and ability to work independently and in a team.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for delivering top-tier customer service.

**Education and Experience**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Prior experience in sales or customer service roles is a plus.
