Outbound Sales & Customer Service Process
**Location**: Jui Nagar, Navi Mumbai
Position Overview: We are seeking dynamic and goal-oriented individuals to join our team as Outbound Sales & Customer Service Representatives. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for actively promoting and selling our products or services to potential customers. Additionally, you will provide excellent customer service to existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any inquiries or concerns. This role requires a high level of professionalism, strong communication skills, and the ability to meet sales targets.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell our products or services.
- Effectively explain product features and benefits, answer customer questions, and address objections to close sales.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs on a consistent basis.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and resolving any issues or concerns.
- Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding product pricing, availability, delivery, and after-sales support.
- Utilize CRM software to update customer information, track sales activities, and manage leads effectively.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new sales opportunities and strategies for growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings to effectively position our products in the market.
- Contribute to team meetings, sales training sessions, and brainstorming sessions to continuously improve sales techniques and processes.
- Maintain accurate and detailed sales records, reports, and documentation.
**Qualifications**:
- Graduation in any discipline is required.
- Proven experience in outbound sales and customer service is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills to close sales effectively.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet sales goals consistently.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a problem-solving mindset.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
**Salary and Benefits**:
