Job Description of Branch Operations Executive (only Female)

We are looking for Branch Operations Executive who will be responsible for sourcing, on boarding, and maintaining relationship with clients. The purpose of this role is to serve as the first point of contact for all clients.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Assist and support Sales staff in their day-to-day operations.
- Assist and coordinate with sales and marketing teams.
- Support sales staff in handling and documenting customer accounts.
- Documents Scrutiny.
- Booking and Disbursement of loans in the system.
- Telle calling to increase sales.
- Calling the Customers for their document’s requirement.
- Calling the Customers for query resolution.
- Resolving customer grievance.
- Product cross sell.
- Branch administration maintenance.
- Any other task assigned by the management.

Requirements and Skills:

- Master’s degree in business administration or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to call, connect and interact with consultants and Vendors.
- Be persuasive and goal oriented.
- Able to work accurately under stress and pressure to meet competing deadlines.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel
