**Job Title**: Customer Care Executive - Healthcare Background
**Location**: Mumbai Andheri West
**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a highly motivated **Customer Care Executive** with a **healthcare background** to engage with patients who have opted for our treatment and received their medicine kit.
**The primary role involves guiding patients through their treatment journey, explaining expected outcomes, addressing common side effects, and ensuring patient adherence to the prescribed roadmap.**
This role requires **strong communication skills, a scientific/medical background, and the ability to explain medical concepts clearly to patients.**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Patient Follow-Up Calls**: Call patients who have started treatment and received the medicine kit.
- **Treatment Roadmap Explanation**: Reinforce the treatment plan for the next two months, ensuring patient adherence.
- **Condition Explanation**: Explain the patient’s medical condition as noted by the doctor in the CRM.
- **Outcome Expectation**: Clearly communicate the expected treatment outcomes.
- **Adverse Effect Guidance**: Explain common side effects and instruct patients on what to do in case of adverse effects.
- **Patient Query Resolution**: Address patient concerns with empathy and clarity.
- **Record Maintenance**: Update CRM records with patient interactions and feedback.
**Who Should Apply?**
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- B.Pharm, D.Pharm, B.Sc in Biology, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related fields.
- Engineering graduates with strong analytical and communication skills can also apply.

- **Customer Service Skills** (with a major focus on analytical thinking)
**Training & Evaluation**:
- **Classroom Training**: Conducted by doctors and qualified trainers.
- **Evaluation**: Series of tests after each module.
**Additional Requirements**:
- Comfortable making a high volume of patient calls daily.
- Ability to communicate medical information in a patient-friendly manner.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Must be open to a dynamic work environment and adapt to evolving patient needs.
