**JOB DESCRIPTION: -**
- To respond to customer query quickly & efficiently.
- To coordinate with client as well as service engineers.
- Transferring the query to concerned engineer.
- Maintain Documentations work.
- Drafting mails
- Making of work order.
- Arrange travel tickets for domestic as well as international visits of service engineer.**:

- Coordinating with service engineers, service manager and clients.
- Reporting day to day work to Sr. Service Executive.
- Enquiry Check & update in daily record sheet.
- To follow up with client / customer.
- Making Performa invoice and payment follow up
- Making Job Order or Service Order
- Typing speed 40wpm

**Experience : - 1 -2 years**

**Qualification Required**:

- B.Com - Any Specialization, Diploma - Any Specialization, B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization

**Skills : -** MS Office, Word, Typing Speed, ERP, SAP, English communication knowledge of spare part.

**Salary**: ₹150,000.00 - ₹275,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Andheri, Mumbai - 400072, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
