**Role and Responsibilities**
We are looking for someone who has a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with different teams to achieve common goals. You will work closely with the Operations Manager to streamline processes, monitor workflows, and implement improvements that enhance the overall efficiency of the organization.
**What you’ll do**:
- Responsible for all communication and support for customer enquiries.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure the resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
- Producing monthly and weekly reports in Google Sheets and Excel
**What will you need?**:
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers
- Excellent communication, presentation skills and logical skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
