Job Title: Business Operations and Insurance Senior Associate

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Business Operations and Insurance Senior Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to the business by ensuring that all operations are running smoothly and efficiently.

Job Description:
This is a senior-level position that requires a high degree of autonomy and independence.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • University Degree or equivalent that requires formal studies of English language and basic math
  • Ability to independently comprehend and communicate in English verbally and in writing
  • Typing speed 30 WPM with accuracy rate 95
  • Good analytical ability to follow instructions clearly defined guidelines
  • Should be able to identify urgency and prioritize work and adhere to timelines
  • Ability to read and understand process SOPs documents and follow instructions
  • Knowledge of MS Office tools is preferred although not a mandate
  • Ability to proactively identify process improvement ideas
  • Focus on quality standards
  • Fast learner both process systems
