The Deputy General Manager will be responsible for overseeing business operations in Europe and North America.

  • 10+ years of experience in a senior managerial role in the food and beverage industry is required.
  • A professional with a rice background is preferred.
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, management or a related field is essential.
  • Proven experience in overseeing business operations, developing distribution channels, implementing business strategies and managing cross-functional teams is necessary.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a multicultural and global environment, are required.

The ideal candidate will have a strong network with companies dealing in Indian products and possess critical thinking skills. They must also be able to travel frequently to Europe and North America.
