Job Role:
? The Program Management Associate ensures smooth implementation of Antarang’s set program goals.

? We are looking for a dynamic and energetic colleague who can work with a variety of stakeholders and drive the achievement of all our program objectives.

Operations and Logistics(60%)

? School/College wise data collection

? Enrolling new Junior colleges for batch start

? Identifying requirements for Tech system/ process document/ monthly checks on uniform distribution/ schools to be allocated

? Facilitator Allocation, Reallocation

? Facilitator query resolution

? Vendor Management

? Monthly payout and related queries

? Co-creating process documents, updating the documentation based on mid-year changes

? Track batch start, batch progress, student attendance
- strategize based on which schools have slow progress

? Ensure 100% data accuracy and ensuring timely data uploads

Stakeholder management and Partnerships(40%)

? Meetings with existing/ new stakeholder for MoU's, drafting the MoU and it's terms/requirements/ Creating new college partnerships

? HM observation and feedback form
- creation and tracking, gathering insights, Collecting HM testimonials

? School/College visits
- x number in a year (HM conversations)
? Ensuring that Facilitator queries are escalated to required authorities whenever required ?
Seeking partnerships that meet Antarang's criteria
? Maintain relevant documentation for the partnership, follow ups with the partner / internal teams

? Collect required data from the partner as per agreements + Evaluating partnership effectiveness

?Partnership meetings with potential/on-going ToT partners

? Required trainings to partners
? Classroom observations to monitor quality

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 1 month

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
