**About Gartner Digital Markets**:
**What we’re looking for**:
We are looking for an Operations Associate with an entrepreneurial spirit to join Vendor Services Operations within Gartner Digital Markets in support of varied and evolving initiatives.

**What You Will Do**:

- Contribute to production tracking reports
- Educate internal stakeholders on review recruitment campaign processes
- Assist Project Managers with various initiatives (Updating VCVR checks, Auditing data integrity, Assigning tickets to the correct resource)
- Collaborate with technical teams to automate campaign execution
- Identify opportunities for business process improvement and the implementation of new technologies
- Work with Vendor Marketing on A/B testing to advance conversion rates
- Recommend changes to optimize programs based on analytical findings, business/industry best practices and current business needs
- Maintain program documentation

**What You Will Need**:

- Bachelor’s Degree and 2-3 years of full-time industry experience, preferably in business operations or marketing.
- Proficient in Excel with ability to work with formulas and formatting
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Natural Self-starter
- Experience working with global stakeholders
- Highly detail oriented
- Strong teamwork and collaboration - You are eager to help others grow in success alongside you
- Strong work ethic and willingness to take ownership for wide-ranging responsibilities
- Superior “outside the box” problem-solving ability
- Ability to form and test hypotheses with available data and industry/corporate best practices
- Tolerance for ambiguity and self-drive to operate in an entrepreneurial setting
- Proven ability of managing tasks from beginning to end with strict adherence to deadlines
