Job Title: Operations Manager

Location: Gurgaon, India

Experience: 3 to 5 years

Role: Operations Manager

Purpose:

The Operations Manager ensures smooth, timely, and high-quality delivery of all organization's programs. This role oversees program execution, manages delivery partners, and guarantees that students, mentors, parents, and schools receive consistent value and support. Additionally, the Operations Manager acts as the escalation point for customer issues and systematically captures the Voice of Customer (VoC) to enhance future program design and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Management

  • Oversee the planning, timelines, and delivery of organization's programs across multiple regions.
  • Maintain quality and consistency of program execution worldwide.

Partner Coordination

  • Supervise reporting and data flow from community and delivery partners into central systems.
  • Ensure partners adhere to budgets and performance standards.

Customer Experience & Escalations

  • Serve as the main escalation contact for students, parents, and mentors in both paid internships and course programs.
  • Handle sensitive issues with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
  • Collect, analyze, and report customer insights (VoC) to guide program and partner improvements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with SDRs and the Community Manager to ensure seamless partner onboarding and program delivery.
  • Share customer insights with internal teams to drive improvements across sales, community, and operations.

Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years experience in program or operations management (preferably in education, nonprofit, or edtech).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage delivery across multiple geographies.
  • Experience working with and coordinating external delivery partners.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Customer-first mindset, with confidence in handling escalations and feedback.
  • Ability to balance competing priorities in a startup environment.
