The role of Tender Executive is to managing the complete tender process to secure contracts from government and private entities. To develop a strategy for preparing the proposal, and ensuring timely submissions and compliance with all tender requirements.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Identifying and Analyzing Opportunities**: Continuously monitoring tender portals and other sources to find relevant opportunities, reviewing tender documents, scope of work, and evaluating the fit with the organization's capabilities.
- **Tender Document Preparation**: Preparing comprehensive technical and commercial proposals, ensuring they are accurate, persuasive, and comply with all tender specifications. This includes coordinating with internal teams (technical, finance, legal) to gather information and approvals.
- **Submission and Compliance**: Ensuring the timely submission of online and/or physical tender documents and meticulously reviewing bids for compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards.
- **Liaison and Communication**: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, vendors, and government agencies, clarifying requirements, negotiating terms, and effectively communicating with all stakeholders throughout the tendering process.
- **Documentation and Reporting**: Maintaining accurate and comprehensive records of all tender activities, tracking progress, and reporting on tender outcomes to management.

**Essential skills**
- **Tender Management & Bid Preparation**: Strong understanding of the entire tendering process and expertise in crafting compelling proposals.
- **Analytical & Strategic Thinking**: Ability to analyze complex tender documents, evaluate risks and opportunities, and develop effective strategies for successful bids.
- **Communication & Negotiation**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear articulation of proposals and effective negotiation of contract terms.
- **Organizational & Time Management**: Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ensuring accuracy and compliance in all tender documents to avoid errors and increase the chances of winning bids.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Familiarity with tender portals, e-tendering platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and potentially specialized procurement software.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
