**Job Title: Account & Admin Executive**
**Location**: Wakad, Pune
**Job Type**: [Full-time/Part-time/Contract]
**Reports To**: [Finance Manager/Operations Manager/Director]
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities: Accounting Duties**:
- Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and accounts.
- Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Support audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Manage petty cash and expense claims.
**Administrative Duties**:
- Documentation filing
- Travel arrangement
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1 years of experience in accounting and office administration.
- Proficient in MS Office
- Practical knowledge of Tally, GST etc
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience in ANY Industry
- Knowledge of local tax laws and statutory compliance.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
