**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee day-to-day office administrative tasks.
- Prepare and verify **salary vouchers** and ensure accurate processing of staff payments.
- Manage **expense vouchers** and verify all supporting documents and approvals.
- Maintain **TDS data** quarterly and prepare challan records.
- Track **partner payments**, ensuring TDS deductions and approvals are completed.
- Maintain and update **debit sheets**, **cost sheets**, and **voucher records** regularly.
- Verify staff **attendance, work verification, and assignment details**.
- Coordinate with the audit and accounting team for **payment and documentation follow-ups**.
- Ensure all vouchers and records are properly **signed, filed, and reported** to management.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of **basic accounting and Excel**.
- Excellent **organizational and management** skills.
- Good **communication and coordination** ability.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation.
- Ability to handle multiple administrative tasks efficiently.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum **Bachelor’s degree**.
- **1-3 years of experience** in office administration or accounting.
- Freshers with accounting knowledge and communication skills may also apply.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
