**b Summary**: As a Microfinance Customer Relationship Officer, you will play a critical role in promoting our financial products and services to potential customers while ensuring timely collection of dues from existing clients. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing tailored solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales**:

- Identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including field visits, referrals, and community events.
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' financial needs and eligibility for microfinance products.
- Present and explain product offerings, benefits, and terms to prospective customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.
- Maintain a strong understanding of market trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products.

**Collections**:

- Monitor and manage accounts receivable to ensure timely collection of loan repayments.
- Develop and implement collection strategies to minimize delinquency rates.
- Conduct follow-ups with clients on overdue payments, providing assistance and support where necessary.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payment histories, and collection activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve customer satisfaction.

**Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Conduct regular visits to clients to assess their financial status and offer additional services as needed.
- Gather feedback from clients to improve service delivery and product offerings.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and collections, preferably in microfinance or financial services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their financial needs.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Willingness to travel within assigned areas.
- Knowledge of local market conditions and customer behavior.
