Job Title: Business Development Manager (Non-IT) - US Staffing
Location: Remote
Experience Required: 2- 6 Years (US Staffing Industry - Non-IT)
**Job Type**: Full-Time
About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities within the Non-IT staffing domain.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with Direct Clients, MSPs, and VMS partners.
Create and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and market expansion in Non-IT verticals (e.g., Light Industrial, Healthcare, Admin, Finance & Accounting).
Lead contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to ensure client satisfaction and timely fulfillment.
Maintain and update CRM systems with lead status, opportunities, and follow-ups.
Stay up to date with US labor market trends, wage laws, and staffing demands in non-tech sectors.
**Requirements**:
2+ years of experience in US staffing business development (Non-IT domain).
Proven track record of acquiring and managing Non-IT client accounts.
Strong understanding of VMS/MSP models, direct client interaction, and end-to-end BD cycle.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment during US business hours.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
Preferred Skills:
Existing client network or book of business in Non-IT staffing.
Familiarity with ATS and CRM tools (e.g., Bullhorn, CEIPAL, Salesforce).
Exposure to high-volume staffing, bulk hiring, or temp-to-perm staffing models.
