- Competent professional with over 3- 6years of rich experience in **Recruitment for BFSI- Banking, finance, insurance and investment sectors**:

- Strong expertise in various Job portals
- Proven expertise in building and managing large-scale Recruiting & Staffing Operations.
- Ability to meet daily targets.
- Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices.
- Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done as per employment laws and regulations
- Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process
- **Fluency in speaking English is mandatory as its our clients' requirement**:

- Should be an excellent team player
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills (verbal, written, listening, and presentation).
- Strong Sourcing skills.
