**Responsibilities**:

- Work with the team to prepare and bake desserts as per the requirements and quality standards
- Assist the senior chef in baking desserts
- Assist in determining inventory needs
- Work on daily and weekly food labeling and proper storage
- Maintain a clean and orderly food production area - workstation and kitchen pieces of equipment
- Assist with food packaging and prep for delivery and dine-in orders

**Skills Required**:

- Basic knowledge of baking and pastries.
- Ability to communicate efficiently and work as a team player
- Highly motivated and passionate about baking
- Learning and Growth Mindset is a must
- Social media experience is a plus

**Shift timing**:
04:00 pm to 11:00 pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 42 per week

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend availability
- Weekend only

Supplemental Pay:

- Quarterly bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Secondary(10th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Chef: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
