Paraayan is looking for an energetic and driven Sales Executive to lead our sales team and drive growth for our range of religious products. This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, and fieldwork to expand our market presence and achieve sales targets.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to drive performance.
- Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors to ensure smooth product flow and sales growth.
- Conduct regular outreach through calls to connect with potential clients and expand the customer base.
- Identify and establish partnerships with local stores to promote and distribute Paraayan's products.
- Utilize knowledge of dharmik (religious) products to educate clients and enhance sales strategies.
- Manage sales targets, track performance, and provide regular reports to management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales objectives.
- Ensure effective communication with team members to improve sales processes and customer engagement.

**Requirements**:

- 2 to 3 years of experience in sales or a related role (experience in the FMCG background will be preferred)
- Strong understanding of distributor networks and relationship-building strategies.
- Excellent communication and calling skills to engage clients effectively.
- Knowledge of local stores and their purchasing patterns.
- Familiarity with dharmik (religious) products is essential.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as per business requirements.

**Salary**:Competitive salary based on experience and expertise.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
